Off black and white spaghetti strapped dress

Worn a handful of times, super cute but just a little too small, light padding around chest area and not form fitting from about halfway down. I will definitely never wear it again, just doesn't fit right anymore, would probably fit best on someone with a B cup size or smaller. To give you a better idea of how it fits me, I'm about 5'2, 24" around the waist, fit best in a 32c cup size and about 36" around the widest part of my hips/butt.
