Off shoulder bandage dress

NWOT. This sexy number features a flare hem. It has a pretty nice stretch. It can fit from a size 4 to size 8. I've worn it once for just a couple of hours but haven't been able to really enjoy it. I'm no longer a size 4, so I'll have to let it go. The little rip on the last picture was on the dress when I bought it. It's a stretchy scuba fabric, and that imperfection is expected sometimes.
