Off shoulder crop/ flare stripe pant set

This NWOT set was purchased in California at a boutique and unfortunately worn only once before it didn’t fit me anymore. The crop top is off the shoulder or can be worn with the sleeves capped. Has a ruffle that drops down over chest and is sooo adorable! Vertical navy, green,orange and white stripes run up and down the top and the pants, which flair at the bottom.
