This is an adorable dress. Can be worn like a strapless with the sleeves that come off the side of your shoulders or you can wear them on your shoulder the top has padding in the boob area and also has that rubber trim on the inside to help hold the dress up. I purchased this on posh hoping it would fit. I am a small and this is a medium unfortunately it just doesn't fit but I love it. Beautiful color with fit and flair !! So fun!! necklace not included 🙄 sorry for the vintage dress form. Haha

@vjaxn I would say it is more blue then green but not completely solid blue. I would say light blue with a hint of green. It is a beautiful & fun dress
