Off shoulder sweetheart neckline ruffled top

Item from Francesca’s size XS but has some stretch in the attached arm bands to fit up to size small. The inner part of the blouse is like a bandeau with zipper in back and the blouses main material is wrapped around the bandeau and left open in the back. Very cool breezy top! The arm sleeves are attached but with precision can be detached to allow more freedom in the arms. Love this top! Hate to see it go but I’d rather have biceps in this time of my life.
