Off shoulder top with embroidered sleeves

Cute off shoulder top with smocked neckline and arms. The arms are embroidered and stand up to being washed (I’ve washed this shirt a few times and the embroidery hasn’t gotten warped). The shirt is supposed to be black but in reality looks more like a charcoal gray. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
