Baby blue and white vertically striped, white cut-out embroidery off -the -shoulder blouse. With an elastic scoop neckline, 3/4 sleeves with a tie bow on each side at the top of the sleeve lined with elastic on the ends, and a white Cotten shirt lining attached underneath. I’ve legit never warn this
