Off the Shoulder Blue Striped Crop Button Down Top

Cute off the shoulder pinstripe blue button down with tie front at the bottom hem. worn a couple times! Super cute, just not my style anymore! super cute paired with a circle skirt or high rise jean! Sleeves are full length hitting right at my wrist, though may be 3/4 sleeve on taller individuals (I’m 5’2” for reference) No imperfections or lost buttons. Great condition!
