Off the Shoulder Burgundy Top

This off the shoulder top is in burgundy, but has white details. On the middle of the shirt, there are white flowers and a vertical pattern stitched. It has a two strings with tassels at the top, that you can tie or leave undone. The shirt has only been worn once.
