Off the Shoulder Floral Blouse

Very beautiful floral off the shoulder blouse that is perfect for summer since it is very loose and flowy. Bought this in a cute boutique at the beach as that reflects in the style. Top is a size S but could be XS-M due to the stretchy band at the top. Shirt is in perfect condition, one small water stain on one sleeve that is pictured.
