Off the Shoulder Gown

Black flowing off the shoulder dress with a high low hem. The fabric is the best part of this dress giving it structure and sits on the body so nicely. Longest part of this dress grazes my ankles and I am 5’3. A chain belt would really set this look off!I am normally a 16, and this one absolutely can fit up to a size 20!
