shug3433 REALLY confused by the sizing. I want to buy this dress but the sizing doesn’t make sense. 28” waist on a size XL 14-16??? Maybe on a size medium, but not an XL. Is this an error?

agonzales2267 @shug3433 the waistband is very stretchy. We measure the garment laying flat and multiply by 2. We do not stretch it while measuring.
