Off the Shoulder Shirt

Super cute shirt! Can be worn off the shoulder or Pull the sleeves up for a more square neckline. Very classy and casual cute. The whole top of the shirt is elastic and the back of the bottom edge, and the sleeves are elastic so it’s comfy wearing it and it stays up very well. Also has a tie in front. The actual shirt material is not stretchy. Says XS but it could also fit a S or even maybe a small M depending on how you want it to fit.
