Off the Shoulder White and Blue Print Dress

So pretty! Dress sweeps the floor and can be worn off the shoulder or on - I prefer it off. Back zipper closure and elbow length sleeves. Asian size M. I’m a 0-2 and it fits me perfectly. Absolutely beautiful dress for late summer! EUC. Armpit to armpit is 16 1/2 in. Length is 53 inches.
