Off the Shoulder puff sleeve plaid Blouse

This top brings the drama and the best part about it?? The sleeves actually stay down so you can gesture and raise your arms and you don’t have to readjust the shoulders or sleeves. I always find with this style that I’m constantly pulling my sleeves down so my blouse actually stays off my shoulders but not in this blouse. The puff ruching at the bottom of the sleeves are gorgeous and since this top is a basic plaid it’s never to much. This is a true size XS and it’s in perfect shape👌
