Off the shoulder bell sleeves blouse

Deep Navy blue with floral print, Sleeves are bell, material is not cotton, Never ever been tried on so I can't give more description. I have a habit of cutting tags and forgetting about clothes I buy. As I am aging I feel I have to cover up more. So sad this will go. But this would definitely pull together with shorts, Skinny jeans or even Capri pants.
