Off the shoulder black dress

Soft stretchy fabric, drapes quite nicely. Size tag says S but I think it could really fit a medium or large as well. A very sisterhood of the traveling pants piece of clothing. Has 2 pockets. Elastic across the top, could be worn off the shoulder or not. Pit to pit measurement 15.5, stretches out to about 23 inches across. Slits on both sides that hit around the knee.
