Off the shoulder boutique dress with sleeve accent

Tan cotton dress with lacy/fringe-type detailing at end of sleeves. Can be worn off the shoulder or as desired; worn once. Cute for summer concerts with boots or can be dressed up with wedges. Small pull in fabric that cannot be seen when worn. No size, but is small/medium and stretchy fabric.
