Off the shoulder dark blue Madewell dress, size 4

Selling an off the shoulder, dark blue / navy / indigo pinstriped dress from Madewell, size 4. There are small ruffles on the sleeves. In very good condition, no imperfections whatsoever. Only selling because this size doesn’t fit me that well, it would fit someone who is a medium size better.
