Off the shoulder dress in navy blue with beautiful pink floral pattern and double ruffle around neckline and shoulders. Worn twice. This dress is comfy and stretches so is flattering as it hugs in all the right places. It hits just at or above the knee on me and I’m 5’1 for reference so hopefully that helps in terms of length.
