Off the shoulder floral blouse from Pink Lily

Fully lined front off the shoulder blouse! Elastic neckline to keep top in place and make it easier to move. Fun flowy sheer bell sleeves. Elastic band bottom. Small tear in top (see photo) on band, barely noticeable. Runs small, sized 3x but more suitable from 1-2x (if you’ve shopped pink lily before, it’s true to size for them)
