Off the shoulder floral mini dress

Navy (almost looks like black) with floral print that is off the shoulder. It has a tie for the middle of the dress and flowy at the bottom. Super comfortable to throw on. It’s a little short but very fun and playful. I put a picture of me in it to get a better idea. Only worn once!
