Off the shoulder romper

This blue off the shoulder romper was only worn once or twice for senior pictures. It is very cute but just too small for me (as you can see in the photos) it’s supposed to be a little bit more flowy. The size on the tag washed off in the washer but I believe this is a small. I am 5,4 and 128 lb and this is just a bit small on me.
