Off the shoulder - striped dress Never Worn

I got this dress while on my trip in Korea (so you won't find another on here I don't think) very cute- V neck dress with spaghetti straps with the off the shoulder sleeves. Has a folded down collar that goes around top line of the dress (comment if you want it explained better lol) - mid thigh dress- BETTER FOR SMALLER SHOULDERS
