Off the shoulder top from Italy boutique

Super cute off-the-shoulder top that I bought in Italy a couple of years ago. Really nice material and a little sheer, but works well with a nude bra. Light blue. It said that it was handmade from the boutique that I bought it from and it was $70 originally. No size on tag but I’d say a medium, and it’s in great condition.
