Off the shoulder top, ties around neck

This top is brand new without tags. I bought it for a party at a boutique and just never ended up wearing it. Trying to get rid of things in my overloaded closet. I guess you would call it a burnt orange color. size: medium long sleeves that have elastic so you can push them up. elastic around the waist and it ties behind your neck.
