Off the shoulder top with bell sleeves

This is a soft off the shoulder top with layered bell sleeves and a tie belt. The color is black and white stripes. There are a couple of stains in the back near the center of the shoulder (shown in picture). There is a stain on the last layer of the the right sleeve (shown in picture). This top has a lining so its not see through. Looks great with jeans. Size 14/16.
