llyatfit @mikaelah21 thanks for the response back! when you tighten the waist, does it make it possible for a 18" pit-to-pit and 15.5" waist?

mikaelah21 @llyatfit I think so. The waist has the adjustable belt and where the dress rests on your arms there is a nonslip material to keep the top up. I think that with the combination of fully buttoning the top could make it tighter for you.
