Off white and brown dotted dress

Sleeves dress that is off white with black polka dots. The sleeves have tie decorations that can easily be removed with a seam ripper. The back has a zipper and the middle has a black lace decorative piece. It is 41 inches in length and around 14.5 width at waist. The dress is a size 8.
