Off white and brown skirt

This summer skirt is so adorable. The print is great, front pockets, waist tie, and elastic waistband. Tag says large. I wouldn't say that. Waist as it lays here is almost 14 inches across, and you'd wear it closer to your hips than your natural waist. The length is 16 inches top to bottom.
