Post Meridiem dress. Size extra small, it has been altered to fit more like an xxs. The original measurements are: waist - 25 inches & hips - 36 inches. My measurements are : waist - 24 inches & hips - 35 inches, bust has not been altered. I am 5'1 and 100 lbs for reference. the flowers are sewed on top, to make the dress shorter, however, it can be undone. For more information on the alterations, message me.
