Off white floral embroidered dress

This off-white floral embroidered dress was custom-made to fit my measurements (listed below). I didn't end up wearing this dress for my wedding due to the amount of work that still needed to be done in the alterations to fit me (length mainly) and I honestly felt better in my "plan B" dress. For reference, I am 5'2 and it is still pretty long on me, even with heels. My "plan B" dress was actually a size 14 (altered a little) so that's why I'm listing this under that size. I typically wear about a Large or 10/12 though but I guess dresses are different. My measurements provided to the designer: (Dress is bigger than these though) Bust - 43 Waist - 37 Shoulders width - 20 inches Biceps - 12 inches (sleeves are more form-fitting than flowy) Hips - 40 (doesn't matter too much because of the pleats and it flowing out)
