Off white lace high low dress

Super cute off white lace dress. Has a slight high low bottom. Subtle ruffle along the bust. Has belt loops for any kind of small belt. I found a use for the belt but not so much the dress itself. Has adjustable straps! I am 5’2” and with the straps adjusted where most comfortable, the entire length of the dress falls to about the middle of my shins!
