Off white laced top & off white/red striped skirt

I bought this dress to wear on the forth of July a few months ago, I wore it and I loved it but I haven't worn it since. The top is completely laced in an off white color, with a thick strap leading to the back, open half circle on the lower back with buttons leading up to the neckline from there. The bottom is a soft cotton material in off white & red stripes. Size large, true to size. Great condition! Ask for any questions or give your offer! Retail:35$
