Off white mid-length paint splatter dress

This is a fun mid-length dress. Lightweight, with matching scarf belt and pockets! Skirt is lined, top is not. Rose button closure in back, but the back is otherwise open to the waist. Overall color is off-white with a blue paint splatter pattern. Pulls on over head. Elastic waist for maximum comfort. Size is S/M.
