Off-Shoulder White Dress with Small Cutouts

Worn only once, this white off the shoulder dress is totally in trend with the 70's inspiration in all of the stores. There is a very light stain on the back of the dress near the tag from when someone spilt white wine on me! The dress is currently still being sold on the Haute and Rebellious website!
