stylesouffleblo @canzcollection Size small on the Draper JameS site is a 26-27 waist. It’s a shift style dress, so there it a lot of wiggle room. Measuring with a measuring tape across it’s, 19 in shoulders (has an elastic band) and 23 hips. Hope that helps!
