Off-White, Long Sleeve, Short Dress, Lace Accents

Forever 21 - Very nice quality dress. It's delicate and feminine looking. The bottom is not see-through as there is a second layer (see the photo with the skirt lifted). The front buttons up. Stretchy waist - no ties but you could add a nice belt. It's a large but it runs a little small (I'm usually a medium/6)
