rshediac Hi there I bought the French Cacharel skirt from you and received it yesterday. Thank you for sending it quickly. It’s a lovely skirt BUT it has yellow stains across the skirt that are more evident in sunlight and it looks like there is mold/mildew on the lining. How can we resolve this?

pinkhouselady @rshediac oh my, I’m surprised.Noticed a small spot(but no yellow stains)when I was packing it, so I used a little cold water to remove it. Wanted to get it packed it time for the postman so it was still damp when I packed it up.I’m wondering if that caused the mold in shipment. I feel terrible. Since it is not an old stain, see if it will rinse out. If that doesn’t work let me know.

rshediac @pinkhouselady thanks, would you be willing to do a partial refund? I was thinking to take to dry cleaners but not sure if the stains will come out. I don’t know how poshmark handles these things either!

rshediac If I go through their resolution it looks like I can attach the photos. I’m more concerned about the mold. I could mention we could do a partial refund?

pinkhouselady @rshediac I’m so frustrated with myself. If I knew mold & stains would have occurred in transit,I would have held the skirt back another day & made sure it was dry. But glad to give you a partial refund.

pinkhouselady I’m just sick that a favorite skirt got ruined. Please know I never would have sold or mailed you something with stains & mold. Except for a little spot which I got out, the skirt looked perfect when I closed the box. Hope you can restore the skirt.

rshediac @pinkhouselady I submitted the case as this is the only way it seems to proceed since I have already paid but you don’t actually have any of the funds yet. I said that we agreed to a partial refund and asked for them to facilitate. You will see the photos.
