mariabull Thank you for posting this! Very helpful! I googled Poshmark Fees and chose images and could find similar charts. Plus, the $7.45 is too low, I think. Mine cost more like $8-9 Priority 2 day.

danalovestosell @mariabull the buyer pays shipping though it is prepaid unless you have heavier items or something

mariabull @dana_mraz thank you, I thought we received a $7.49, for example, shipping credit. When I used 2nd day priority yesterday to mail it, the rate on that that I was charged was $8 or $9 something. So the “flat rate” shipping credit did not cover the actual cost of the 2nd day priority “flat rate” shipping, in actuality. Do you see what I mean?

danalovestosell @mariabull sorry. No idea what you mean . When I sell something on here the buyer pays the shipping we get a label and I mail it out I don’t pay for shipping . Poshmark isn’t the same as regular shipping an item I only mean for Poshmark since sellers don’t have to worry about paying for shipping

mariabull @dana_mraz Right, yes, I don't literally pay out of pocket for shipping, however I figured that that extra dollar or 2 -- the difference - is debited from my profits by Poshmark. Is that not the case? Thank you for helping me learn! You are very kind!

cassandramor265 Hi, I have seen a lot of examples of pricing, but yours is the best so far!!! Would I be able to use your pictures as long as I let people know you are the author?

ambaldwin88 @dana_mraz - if you never offer discounted shipping or free shipping- you’re right. Buyer pays flat fee. But if you discount shipping (you’ll see she has a slide with discounted shipping), that does come out of your earnings (*Unless PM is running a promotion*). If you need to ship something above 5lbs, you have to upgrade your label. Lithium batteries? Also requires a new label. There are scenarios where you do, in fact, lose money by shipping sadly

ambaldwin88 @dana_mraz yeah it’s a hassle huh? Steep learning curve for new sellers lol - I spent my first year buying before I opened my closet. I used to get so confused with sellers who are like- k I’m gonna need to divide this bundle into 3- and I pay shipping on all 3? Haha lessons learned the hard way right?

danalovestosell @ambaldwin88 no hassle for me at all . I’ve never had an issue been selling for years actually on here . I don’t go over the weight ever.
