Official military bomber style jacket Vietnam era

This is a 36L it is a heavy wool style with a light weight lining . It has all the buttons and snaps is supposed to have it has a little bit of residue from some kind of sticker that I have shown it in white. I believe it will come off. It seems to kind of scratch and peel. I’m not an official cleaner, so I don’t want to attempt it. It is stamped on the inside, but cannot make out the stamp it does have a few spots from age.
