Off-the-Shoulder Navy Blue Romper w/ Lace

Hey! This is a rarely worn dark blue romper (off the shoulder) with lace detailing in the sleeves and pockets!! I love it with sandals or it can be dressed up with beige booties! It’s branded Ambiance but I think I got it from Francescas. :)
