Off-the-shoulder Romper

This romper is the perfect summer piece. It's stretchy bodice can be over-the-shoulder or off-the-shoulder, and the romper bottom (shorts/skirt tie in the front) is flowy and flattering. I've only worn this piece once. Would look really good on someone with a smaller chest IMO.
