Off shoulder, button up with silver buttons, blouse type with Bardot style neckline. Arms are 3/4 length with cute toes at the arms. Light blue and white pinstripes with floral embroidery. Never worn and brand new! Size XS, runs big. Neckline has elastic for better fit.
