Off-white floral embroidered dress

Selling this super cute skater dress size small. It has black floral embroidery throughout the front. Color is ivory or off-white. Ties at the chest with tassels to form a key hole. Has cap sleeves with elastic at the sleeves and zips up the side. Dress reaches thighs. Material is a bit sheer but is is lined. Worn once, does not fit me anymore, in excellent condition.
