Off-white lace skirt

Features: off-white lace, lining, elastic waist The extra ruffle at the bottom makes it flowy. There is one small stain on the front (acrylic paint) which is shown in the third photo. It is small enough that it is not noticeable from a distance. If the item fit me, I would still wear it. There are no other flaws on this item. This item has been worn. Size (measured by hand): 30in waist, 40in hips, 15in long Hand wash, line dry 90% cotton, 10% spandex with polyester lining
