Ogle Blue Bodycon Dress Cover Up

Cute, flattering, fitted bodycon style dress. . Could be worn as a dress or cover up given the fabric is little sheer. Color is a royal blue. Raw hem. There is no inside tag so I don't know the fabric but it has a lot of stretch to it. Tag says medium, but it fits like an xs - small so I listed based on fit instead of actual size. EUC.
