Oh Polly Nada Skirt in Camel, US Size 8, Runs Large

This Oh Polly Nada Layered Pleated Low-Rise Mini Skirt in Camel is a US 8 but fits more like a US 10. It's supposed to be low rise but it sits too low on my hips for me.
