Oh give me a home!!! Hand painted dress 1989

Hand painted boutique Texas dress from 1989. Shoulder pads. Texas buttons. Cactus, buffalo, coyote. I reeeeally want this dress and its sister to fit me but they do not. I will happily keep them in my closet until the day they do, or they find another home on the range... :). Size medium. It measured 19 inches armpit to armpit, at the waist and at the tip of where the skirt part attaches. There is fading on the top of both arms. A couple of other spots are on dress as pictured.
