Hello! Some questions..is this a pull on? Is it stretchy to fit US sizes 2 or 4? Lastly, is it possible to snip the slanted strap without causing a mechanical problem with the other straps?

@sskyline2021 hi there! Yes, the dress is def stretchy. The dress has an invisible zip closure on the side. I believe if you cut the third strap it’ll work as a regular two spaghetti strap dress. I tried to upload a video so you can get a better look.
